Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our guides and resources, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Consultation Services

Consultation services are provided at the scheduled time and are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Refund Requests

Refund requests for consultation services must be submitted before the scheduled session time. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
